Shattered Skyz Productions Fulfillment Policy

Shattered Skyz Productions provides creative services and digital deliverables. Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchases made through our website do not involve the shipment of physical products.

Order and Booking Confirmation

After purchasing or booking a service, customers will receive confirmation electronically or will be contacted by Shattered Skyz Productions regarding the next steps required to begin the project.

Certain services may require scheduling, project files, references, creative direction, or additional information before work can begin.

Service Fulfillment

Fulfillment varies depending on the service purchased.

Recording, photography, videography, consultations, and similar appointment-based services are fulfilled on the scheduled service date.

Production, mixing/mastering, video editing, cover artwork, and other post-production services are fulfilled digitally once the agreed work has been completed.

Digital Delivery

Completed files may be delivered electronically through email, download links, cloud storage, client portals, or another mutually agreed delivery method.

No shipping charges apply to digital-only services unless a separate physical product has specifically been purchased.

Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times may vary according to the type and complexity of the project.

Production timelines begin once Shattered Skyz Productions has received all required payments, files, instructions, and other information necessary to begin the work.

Client-requested revisions or delays in providing feedback may extend the original delivery estimate.

Payment Plans

Certain Shattered Skyz Productions packages or higher-value services may qualify for payment plans.

When a payment plan is approved, the total project price may be divided into scheduled installments.

Work may begin after the required initial payment has been received; however, final deliverables will not be released until the entire outstanding project balance has been paid, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

If an installment becomes overdue, Shattered Skyz Productions reserves the right to pause the project, postpone scheduled work, or withhold deliverables until the account is brought current.

Payments already made compensate Shattered Skyz Productions for work performed, time reserved, administrative expenses, and/or project resources and remain subject to the Refund Policy.

Scheduled Sessions

Customers are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for recording sessions, photography sessions, video shoots, consultations, and other scheduled services.

Late arrival may reduce the amount of service time available without reducing the originally agreed price.

Client Delays

If fulfillment depends on materials, information, approvals, or feedback from the client, the fulfillment timeline may be paused until the necessary information is received.

Third-Party Services

Certain services may require submission to or interaction with third-party platforms.

Once materials have been properly submitted to a third-party platform, fulfillment of the submission portion of the service is considered complete. Acceptance, placement, response time, or performance on the third-party platform cannot be guaranteed.
