These Terms & Conditions govern purchases, bookings, projects, and use of services provided by Shattered Skyz Productions.
By purchasing, booking, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Services
Shattered Skyz Productions provides creative and professional services that may include audio recording, music production, beat production, mixing and mastering, photography, videography, video editing, graphic/cover-art design, music marketing or submission services, consultations, and bundled creative packages.
Specific deliverables are determined by the service or package purchased and any written agreement between the client and Shattered Skyz Productions.
Booking and Payment
Payment requirements will be disclosed at or before booking.
Depending on the service, Shattered Skyz Productions may require:
Full payment in advance;
A deposit with the remaining balance due later; or
An approved payment plan.
A booking or project may not be considered confirmed until the required initial payment has been received.
Payment Plans
When a payment plan is offered, the customer agrees to make each payment according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to make a required payment may result in work being paused, appointments being postponed, or final deliverables being withheld until the account becomes current.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all outstanding balances must be paid before final, unwatermarked, high-resolution, or commercially usable deliverables are released.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and submitting necessary files, instructions, approvals, references, and other materials within a reasonable timeframe.
Project delays caused by missing client materials, feedback, approvals, or payments may extend the estimated completion date.
Ownership of Submitted Materials
By providing music, photographs, videos, logos, artwork, samples, or other materials, the client represents that they own the materials or have the necessary permission and rights to use them.
Shattered Skyz Productions is not responsible for copyright or other claims resulting from unauthorized materials supplied by a client.
Revisions
The number of revisions included will depend on the service or package purchased.
Requests outside the original project scope or beyond the included revisions may require additional fees.
Creative Differences
Creative services are subjective. Shattered Skyz Productions will make reasonable efforts to follow the agreed creative direction, but dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference after work has been performed does not automatically qualify a client for a refund.
Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients should provide reasonable notice when requesting to reschedule a booked session.
Repeated cancellations, late cancellations, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in loss of a booking fee or deposit and may require an additional payment to reschedule.
Specific cancellation requirements may be stated during booking.
Turnaround Times
Any turnaround time provided is an estimate unless a specific delivery deadline has been agreed to in writing.
Turnaround times may be affected by project complexity, revisions, client response times, technical issues, or other circumstances reasonably outside our control.
Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Shattered Skyz Productions may request permission to display completed creative work in its portfolio, website, social media, advertisements, or other promotional materials.
For private, confidential, unreleased, or commercially sensitive projects, clients should communicate any restrictions before work begins.
Third-Party Platforms
Certain services may involve third-party platforms, including music streaming, distribution, playlist, social-media, or promotional platforms.
Shattered Skyz Productions does not control these platforms and cannot guarantee their decisions, availability, algorithms, placements, reach, streams, views, sales, or other results.
No Guarantee of Results
Marketing, playlist submission, promotional, consulting, and related services do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes.
Payment is for the professional service and work performed—not a guarantee of streams, followers, placements, sales, revenue, fame, engagement, or other specific results unless expressly stated in writing.
Changes to These Terms
Shattered Skyz Productions reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Updated terms will apply as permitted by law and will be posted on our website.
