REFUND POLICY

Shattered Skyz Productions Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because Shattered Skyz Productions provides customized creative services, reserves appointment time, and may begin work shortly after an order is placed, refunds are handled according to the stage and nature of each project.

Deposits and Booking Fees

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits and booking fees are non-refundable once work has begun or appointment time has been reserved, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These payments compensate Shattered Skyz Productions for reserved availability, preparation, administration, and/or work already performed.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a client requests cancellation before any work has begun and before appointment time or other resources have been committed, Shattered Skyz Productions may determine whether a full or partial refund is appropriate based on the circumstances and any disclosed booking terms.

Cancellation After Work Begins

Once creative work has begun, payments attributable to work already performed are non-refundable.

If a project is canceled before completion, any potential refund will be determined based on the amount of work completed, expenses incurred, reserved time, and the terms of the original service agreement.

Completed Services

Once a service has been substantially or fully completed, payments are generally non-refundable.

This includes completed recording sessions, production work, mixing/mastering, photography, videography, editing, consultations, artwork, promotional submissions, and other completed professional services.

Digital Deliverables

Because digital files cannot practically be “returned” after delivery, completed and delivered digital products or customized creative deliverables are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Payment Plans

Payment plans do not change the total agreed price of a project.

If a client cancels a project being paid through installments, payments already made will be applied toward work completed, reserved time, expenses, and other non-refundable amounts under this policy.

Cancellation of a payment plan does not automatically entitle the client to a refund of previous installments.

Any remaining balance for work already completed or contractually committed may remain due.

Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the applicable booking payment.

A new deposit or booking payment may be required before another session is scheduled.

Revisions and Creative Preference

A request for revisions or dissatisfaction based solely on subjective creative preference does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Shattered Skyz Productions will provide the revisions included with the purchased service or package and will make reasonable efforts to satisfy the agreed creative direction.

Technical Problems or Errors

If a delivered file contains a technical error caused by Shattered Skyz Productions, please contact us so that we can reasonably attempt to correct the issue.

Refund Requests

Any refund request should include the client's name, service purchased, project information, reason for the request, and relevant supporting details.

Approved refunds will be returned using an available payment method and may require processing time by the applicable financial institution or payment processor.
